Newcomer Welcome Table

First VSCYPAA? First YPAA event ever? We have got you covered. Stop by the newcomer table to meet friendly faces, get your questions answered, and find someone to show you around. You do not have to figure this out alone. We were all new once, and we remember how it feels.

Marathon Meetings

Meetings around the clock, all weekend long. From speaker meetings to open discussion, step meetings to Big Book studies, there is always a meeting happening somewhere. The marathon room is the heartbeat of the conference. Stop in for five minutes or stay for an hour. No matter what time it is, you are never far from a meeting.

Panels & Workshops

Hear from members on topics that matter to young people in recovery and dive deeper into recovery topics in an interactive setting. Panels offer multiple perspectives and plenty of time for questions. Come ready to participate and learn from each other.

Sobriety Countdown

One of the most powerful moments of any YPAA conference. We count down from the longest sobriety to the shortest, celebrating every single day. Whether you have 30 years or 30 hours, stand up and be recognized. This is visible proof that recovery works, and you are part of it.

Games, Dance, and Fellowship

This is what it looks like when young people prove you do not need a drink to have the time of your life. Some of the best conference memories happen in the spaces between scheduled events. Whether it is late night in the hospitality suite or hanging out between meetings, there is always something fun happening and someone to connect with.

Meditation and Quiet Room

Sometimes you just need a moment. Our quiet room is available all weekend for meditation, prayer, journaling, or simply sitting in silence. No talking, no phones, just peace. Take a breath. Recharge. The conference will be here when you are ready.
